I just want to add: anyone who can look past Michael Jackson “allegedly” touching children or R. Kelly “allegedly” peeing on a 14 year old, not to mention O.J. “allegedly” murdering his wife or Kobe “allegedly” raping that white girl should be able to look past Chris Brown “allegedly” hitting Rihanna. Domestic abuse is a serious matter, but it is no more serious than murder or rape/sexual assault or molestation/pedophilia. If we’re looking past flaws in some and not others, then that’s really fucked up in my mind.

I agree with the o.p. about this not being my favorite video of Chris Brown’s, nor my favorite song, because, let’s be honest, I put ten bucks on it that this song is about damn Rhianna, which is just craziness to me, that relationship is obviously toxic for both of them, whether they are in it together or out of it together (he has gone insane with grief and she has just gone insane, it shows in their music) they are both completely nuts. Maybe they do belong together, maybe they deserve each other..lol.
ANYWAY—I disagree with the o.p. in that I wish that his dancing was more complex… we really see his skill in like the last 30 seconds of the video but the reason I like to watch Chris Brown dance is because he is REALLY good at dancing, and he has the ability to move his body in a way that many people can’t. I think I also expect a few more of M.J.’s moves, or some moves inspired by M.J., since this was supposed to be a “dedication” song, what with the dedication in the video and the fact that the song is a sample of M.J.’s “Human Nature.” I thought the simplistic moves took away from the point of dedicating it to the King of Pop, the most influential singer/songwriter/dancer in history, but that’s just me.
